Wedding in Piemonte countryside

Langhe and Monferrato are the ares in Piemonte Countryside where best wines such as Barolo, Barbaresco, Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto are produced. The never-ending vines hills are part of UNESCO World Heritage and when you look at them you can easily understand why.
Bethany and Sean chose Langhe hills for their enchanting country wedding in Italy.

Langhe and Monferrato areas are located in the Southern and South-eastern part of Piemonte region.
They have a strong rural tradition and vines here are some of the most ancient of the country.
And to match these great Piemonte cuisine is amazing. Dishes and savours you can taste here are just great and really rich. Food and wines here are surely a great experience!

Villages such as Bra, Alba, Monforte, Grinzane Cavour, La Morra, Barolo, Barbaresco (which give the names to famous wines themselves) are wonderful destinations if you are looking for a romantic and a little off beaten track countryside destination for your wedding in Italy.
Their history will enchant you and the natural landscape will be a perfect frame for your big day

This is what Bethany and Sean did. They chose a very special village located on top of a hill from here the view is more than spectacular. We are in Monforte d’Alba.

The group of guests stayed all around the village and inside the charming boutique hotel where Bethany and Sean decided to set their reception.
For their wedding ceremony they choose a traditional deconsecrated church just few steps from the reception venue. The building that used to be a church has that special traditional so called Piemonte Baroque style full of rustic charm.

Country wedding reception in Langhe Monferrato

Bethany walked in a country pedestrian road to reach the ceremony venue. Decor was so chic with olive branches candles and white flowers.
Church and close by small amphitheater is used also for a famous jazz festival in summer and outdoor ceremonies are also allowed. So very Italian style.

We planned the reception overlooking Langhe vines hills with a magic view over sunset. Wrought iron gallery embellished with hanging flowers and lanterns hosted a stylish traditional Piemonte meal prepared by a Michelin starred chef and accompanied by best Piemonte wines including Barolo.

Every single detail was great but the view was something more.
