Lovely Garden Style wedding on Roman Riviera
Jelena and Konrad
A wedding on Roman Riviera has the delicate perfume of jasmine and gardenia mixed with the scent of the sea and dry salt. Roman Riviera extends over West side of Rome on Tyhrrenian sea coast.
Circeo and Argenatario Peaks, Ponza Island and Ventotene are the pearls of this destination. They are all dreamy and perfect destinations for an Italian wedding in the nature tasting amazing food.
Another gem of Roman Riviera is located just 50 km from International Airport of Rome. We are talking about Santa Marinella and its amazing castle: Castello Odescalchi of Santa Marinella.
Jelena and Konrad are a lovely couple who wrote us from Canada. They contacted us through our thematic web site Italian Rome Wedding. Our great planner Stefania Zen is the manager of the site and she is our wedding coordinator over Rome and surroundings plus Tuscany, Roman Riviera and Amalfi Coast.
Stefania suggested Jelena and Konrad some solutions for a relaxed wedding in Central Italy. Without visiting the venue bride and groom fell in love with Castello Odescalchi of Santa Marinella.
This is love at first sight!
A romantic wedding by the sea
Castello Odescalchi of Santa Marinella was built back in Middle Age over the ruins or an ancient Etruscan town. It was built to overlook the see to be a fortress. The building is made of a central tower with the castle around it and a magic park. The park is still wonderful and well preserved today by Odescalchi family. There are majestic palms, walls of flowered plumbago that embellish the castle all summer long.
Bride and groom opted for a symbolic blessing in the garden overlooking the sea and Santa Marinella touristic port. A very special setting you can enjoy only at Odescalchi Castle.
Wedding reception to follow was planned in the trreaced garden of the castle overlooking the sea.
A perfect frame for a magical wedding under the moon and stars.
What an unforgettable night for this lovely garden style wedding on Roman Riviera.
